1986年6月,我们先后在北京、青岛参加了与联邦德国、奥地利关于双层客车设计与制造技术问题的座谈。联邦德国TALBOT公司、AEG公司和奥地利FRIEDMANN公司的代表应邀参加了座谈。座谈中,比较详细地了解了联邦德国为荷兰制造双层客车的情况,并交换了技术资料。现根据座谈内容及对方提供的资料以及其他资料,整理成此文,为我国研制新型双客提供参考。联邦德国TALBOT公司为荷兰制造的双层客车分述如下。
