周国宝(1905-1989),生于河北昌黎县,著名地秧歌艺人。10岁学习地秧歌,、妞、丑行诸行俱佳。他和其弟周国珍及张谦将传统秧歌出子“跑驴”《傻柱子接媳妇》创新为“跑驴”《喜回娘家》,在国内外赛事中获大奖,遂有“南京到北京,扑蝶、跑驴、花鼓灯”之美誉。曾任50年代初建于省会保定的河北省艺术学校教师、河北省歌舞剧院编导,中国舞协会员、河北省舞协常务理事,出席全国第三次文代会。第三届河北省政协委员。十岁与地秧歌结缘
