病例:女,39岁。病案号,102437。因幽门溃疡于17年前作胃大部切除术后贫血。患者自诉每年需输血1次才能维持正常工作。今年元月因头昏3个月以贫血入院。无过敏史,无免疫性疾病史,无溶血性家族史。入院时血压16/11kPa。巩膜无黄染,心肺异常。T37℃,Hp75g/L,肝功能,血清胆红素正常,尿常规正常。入院第二天输入鲜血
