小鼠为远系繁殖的 TO、TF_1和近亲繁殖的 A、AKR、BALR/C、CBA/Ca、C_(57) BL 等7个品系。
The authors used mice for Schistosoma mansoni acquired immunity research. The results demonstrate that the difference in immunity to challenge infection is related to variation in different C. cercariae, rather than variation in the host’s immune response. The Schistosoma mansoni used in this study is a Puerto Rico strain. The mice were outbred TO, TF_1 and inbred strains A, AKR, BALR / C, CBA / Ca, C 57 (57) BL. Experiments show that the seven strains of mice infected by the initial infection of 20 to 30 cercariae challenge anti-re-infection immunity vary widely. The difference in immunity levels was much smaller in the same experiment than in different experiments, mainly due to the variation in immunity due to different tube cercariae in different experiments.
