目的了解干眼检查BUT试验、Schirmer试验、荧光素钠染色(FLS)的可重复性。方法由同一名检查者2次对40例可疑有干眼症的患者分别行Schirmer Ⅰ、BUT及FLS检查。计算组内相关系数(ICC)或内部一致性系数(Kappa系数)以评估其可重复性。结果平均BUT试验的ICC为0.76,Schirmer Ⅰ试验的ICC为0.59,FLS检查的Kappa系数为0.129。结论 BUT试验、Schirmer Ⅰ试验、FLS实验的可重复性均不高。
Objective To understand the dry eye test BUT test, Schirmer test, sodium fluorescein staining (FLS) repeatability. Methods Schirmer Ⅰ, BUT and FLS were performed in 40 patients with suspected dry eye twice a day by the same examiner. Intra-group correlation coefficient (ICC) or internal consistency coefficient (Kappa coefficient) was calculated to evaluate its repeatability. Results The average BUT test ICC was 0.76, the Schirmer I test ICC was 0.59 and the FLS test Kappa coefficient was 0.129. Conclusion The repeatability of BUT test, Schirmer Ⅰ test and FLS test are not high.
