随着以互联网为代表的现代信息技术迅猛发展,网络正深刻改变着社会结构、社会关系和社会生活,已成为思想文化的集散地、社会舆论的放大器和国家软实力竞争的制高点,成为大学生获取信息知识的重要渠道、思想教育的重要途径、身处其中的外在环境[1]。如何因势利导、主动利用互联网+思维,推进高校学业导航类讲座组织成为摆在面前的新课题。文章从构建实时的动态需求分析体系、组建完备的人才资源库、建立合理的人才资源管理制度、形成体系化讲座课程育人保障机制、搭建基于MOOC的讲座视频库几个方面着手。
With the rapid development of modern information technology represented by the Internet, the network is profoundly changing the social structure, social relations and social life. It has become a distribution center for ideology and culture, an amplifier for social media, and an important point for competition in the country’s soft power. As a result, college students acquire information An important channel of knowledge, an important way of ideological education, and the external environment in which it is located [1]. How to make the best use of the situation, take the initiative to use the Internet + thinking, to promote university academic navigation class lectures become a new topic before us. The article starts with constructing a dynamic demand analysis system in real time, setting up a complete talent resource base, establishing a reasonable talent resource management system, forming a system of guaranteeing education of systematic lectures, and building a video library of lectures based on MOOC.
