伴随着我国社会经济的不断发展,社会福利体系逐步建立起来,社会保障制度的相关问题受到人们的广泛关注,而其中的公平与效率问题更与社会保障制度密切相关。公平是社会保障的本质和核心,效率是社会保障制度正常运行的物质保证,二者缺一不可,既要坚持公平,也要体现效率,寻求公平与效率的统一,是现在社会保障制度的必然要求。
With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the system of social welfare has gradually been established.
