采用线性极化技术对几种不同用途的耐海水腐蚀低合金新钢种进行了测量和评选。讨论了化学成分、工艺因素和热处理条件对腐蚀性能的影响。线性极化技术的测量结果与外海掛片数据有更好的相关性。试验结果表明,局部腐蚀指数δ可以作为定性评定低合金钢/海水体系局部腐蚀性能的一种方法。
Linear polarization technology was used to measure and evaluate several new seawater corrosion resistant low alloy steel grades with different applications. The effects of chemical composition, process factors and heat treatment conditions on corrosion performance were discussed. The linear polarizations have a better correlation with the data from the Outer Wall coupons. The experimental results show that the local corrosion index δ can be used as a method to qualitatively evaluate the local corrosion of low alloy steel / seawater system.
