将35Cr3Mo3W2V(简称HM1)钢的淬火温度自1030℃提高到1150℃,使钢的冲击韧性明显下降,但平面应变断裂韧性略有升高。在硬度及平面应变断裂韧性之间存在近似直线关系。K_(1c)值随HRC 值下降而增大。压力机锻压凹模在破断前的工作寿命与模具钢的平面应变断裂韧性有关与冲击韧性关系不大。与3Cr2W8V 钢相比,HM1钢具有大致相同的断裂韧性但具有较高的淬硬性、回火抗力及热疲劳抗力。
35Cr3Mo3W2V (referred to as HM1) quenching temperature of steel from 1030 ℃ to 1150 ℃, the impact toughness of steel decreased significantly, but the plane strain fracture toughness increased slightly. There is an approximate linear relationship between hardness and plane strain fracture toughness. The value of K_ (1c) increases with decreasing HRC value. Press forging dies before breaking the working life and the die steel plane strain fracture toughness and impact toughness little. Compared with 3Cr2W8V steel, HM1 steel has approximately the same fracture toughness but high hardenability, tempering resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.
