使用1996-2013年SITC—3分位的跨国数据,测算29个国家的出口技术复杂度,运用超越对数生产函数测算技术进步方向,将两者分别量化纳入分析框架,得到以下结论:在基准回归中,控制出口技术复杂度与偏向型技术进步的交互项作用后,出口技术复杂度显著促进了经济增长。分区域估计结果显示,出口技术复杂度引致的偏向型技术进步效应具有国别差异性,发达国家出口技术复杂度通过偏向型技术进步对经济增长的促进作用大于发展中国家,其中适宜性技术进步理论是解释这一现象的主要依据。
Based on the cross-country data of SITC-3 quantile from 1996 to 2013, the technical complexity of exporting in 29 countries was measured. Using the technology beyond the logarithm of production function to measure the technical progress, the two were separately quantified into the analytical framework. The following conclusions were reached: In the regression, after controlling for the interaction between technical complexity of export and biased technological progress, the technical complexity of export remarkably promoted the economic growth. The results of subregions show that the biased technological progress caused by the complexity of export technologies has country-specific differences. The technological complexity of export technologies in developed countries is greater than that of developing countries through the biased-oriented technological progress. Among them, the technological advances in suitability Theory is the main basis for explaining this phenomenon.
