桥脑血栓形成是1842年Kingston氏首先报告的,其后在国外有不少的临床或病理的报导,国内尚无人报导,我院近十年来共收容脑血栓形成145例,其中有四例是桥脑血栓形成。两例是老年人,两例是青壮年,主要症状均为明显的头晕及非持续性的头痛,伴有恶心呕吐者三例,耳鸣者一例,临床表现上有Foville氏综合症者及交叉性感常障得者三例,另一例是病灶同侧的Ⅴ.Ⅵ.Ⅶ颅神经麻痹及对侧的共济功能障碍,其中一例死亡,三例治愈。
