小儿脑瘤较成人少见。本组130例占同时期颅内肿瘤之13.9%;白广明等分析132例小儿脑瘤占16.8%;据综合不同作者的报告,小儿脑瘤占颅内肿瘤之9—18%。小儿脑瘤与成人者不同,具有自己的特点与规律性,且在小儿中也常因发育时期不同,表现出各自的差异。现将我院,自1952年4月至1964年6月,经手术及尸检证实的130例小儿脑瘤作一临床分析,并按年龄,分幼儿(三岁以下)、学龄前儿童(4~7岁)、学龄儿童(8—12岁)及少年(13—15岁)四组加以
Pediatric brain tumors are rarer than adults. This group of 130 cases accounted for 13.9% of intracranial tumors of the same period; Bai Guangming analysis of 132 cases of pediatric brain tumors accounted for 16.8%; according to a comprehensive report by different authors, pediatric brain tumors accounted for 9-18% of intracranial tumors.
