舆论监督怎样才能取得好的效果?南阳日报在实践中注意抓好4个方面:①注重选题,形成上下共识———选择党委、政府重视,群众关心,经过努力可以解决的带有普遍性、典型性的问题进行舆论监督,形成重大选题审批制度。②证据充分,不怕无理纠缠———采访人员要注意做好笔录、摄影或录音,事实取证准确、充分,既是采访扎实的需要,也是随时应对官司的需要。③加强沟通,寻求部门支持———加强同信访、纪检、监察等部门的合作,督促有关部门使群众反映的问题尽快得到解决。④系列编发,促进问题解决———调动新闻写作的各种手法,做到问题不解决稿件不停发;督促报送处理结果,并在报上公布。把握上述4个方面,有利于在舆论监督工作中把体现党的意志与反映人民心声很好地统一起来,增强针对性、实效性,体现党报的权威性、指导性。
