稀土球墨铸铁以往均采用镁作球化剂。近来发现,应用钙作球化剂,成本可以下降,而且机械强度提高。为此,根据要求,试验了稀土球墨铸铁中钙的分析方法。采用比色法测定钙,曾报导过不少试剂。其中以钙试剂[乙二醛缩双一(邻氨基酚)](GBHA)应用最多,可惜此试剂与钙的络合物在水溶液中不稳定。文献[1]介绍在无水乙醇—正丁醇混合介质中显色,可稳定半小时。日本对此也作了研究,有用正丁醇萃取的
