预告健康人是否会发生脑卒中及心房颤动(简称房颤),十分困难。作者观察室上性期外收缩(SVEC)增多是否与从未发生过脑卒中或心脏病者脑卒中、死亡、房颤危险的增加相关。
It is very difficult to predict whether healthy people will have stroke and atrial fibrillation (referred to as atrial fibrillation). The authors observed whether increased supraventricular (SVEC) was associated with increased risk of stroke, death, and atrial fibrillation in those who had never experienced a stroke or a heart attack.
