企业反馈学生专业能力不足,学校的技能考核现状以及校企合作形式表明需要讨论、完善技能考核体系,搭建校企合作平台解决问题。本文从技能考核体系的建立、考核层次的设计,考核体系的实施进行分析,预期形成校企联动,正确量化学生技能进行深入讨论。
The lack of professional feedback of students in the enterprise feedback, the current status of the school’s skills assessment and the cooperation between schools and enterprises indicate the need to discuss, improve the skills assessment system and set up a cooperation platform for schools and enterprises to solve the problems. This article analyzes the establishment of skills assessment system, the design of assessment level and the implementation of assessment system. It is expected that the formation of linkage between school and enterprise and the correct quantification of student skills will be discussed in depth.
