在自然开采条件下，为较好地解决灰岩油藏裂缝系统对岩块系统和砂岩油藏高渗透层对中低渗透层干扰的突出矛盾，就悬浮液堵水剂的室内研究、现场施工工艺和应用效果进行了论述。室内和现场试验表明，该堵水剂不仅适应性强应用范围广，易泵送，封堵强度高，凝固后具有低渗透砂岩的物性，而且成本低易酸解，应用效果显著，经华北、大港、中原和新疆等油田推广应用，取得了良好的技术经济效益。
