介绍了两种降低催化裂解轻油馏分芳烃含量的精制工艺。中压加氢改质技术能够在降低硫、氮含量的同时,降低芳烃含量,并产少量高辛烷值汽油。部分磺化精制技术能够把芳烃转化成芳烃磺酸盐,大幅度降低轻油馏分中的芳烃含量,这种磺酸盐缩合后成为高分子电解质,是性能优良的分散剂,可作为高效减水剂、水浆燃料分散剂和粘土浆液减粘剂使用。磺化脱芳后的轻油十六烷值提高,可作为轻柴油调合组分,还可进一步分馏制成油墨溶剂油。两种工艺都具有流程简单、合理、能耗低和无三废排放的优点,特别是部分磺化技术,由于设备投资少、产品的附加价值高,经济效益更明显。
Two refining processes to reduce the content of aromatics in catalytic cracking of light oil fractions are introduced. Medium pressure hydrogenation modification technology can reduce sulfur and nitrogen content, while reducing aromatic content, and produce a small amount of high-octane gasoline. Part of the sulfonation refining technology can convert aromatic hydrocarbons into aromatic sulfonates, aromatase content of light oil distillates is greatly reduced. The sulfonates are condensed into polymer electrolytes and are excellent dispersants. They can be used as efficient water reducer Agent, aqueous slurry fuel dispersant and clay slurry viscosity reducer. Sulfonated dearomatization of light cetane increased, can be used as blending components of light diesel oil, but also further fractionation made of ink solvent oil. Both of the two processes have the advantages of simple, reasonable process, low energy consumption and no waste discharge. Especially for some sulfonation technologies, the economic benefits are more obvious due to less equipment investment and high added value of the products.
