寄生物热休克(震荡)蛋白是种系发育中一种较保守的抗原嵌合体,在感染过程中。它可以激发体液和细胞免疫应答。这些免疫应答不仅具有高度特异性,而且具有媒介作用的交叉反应性。本文叙述有关热休克蛋白作为疫苗成份应用的情况,着重于疟疾、分枝杆菌和衣原体。
The parasite heat shock (shock) protein is a more conserved antigen chimera in germline development during infection. It stimulates humoral and cellular immune responses. These immune responses are not only highly specific but also have a cross-reactivity as a mediator. This article describes the use of heat shock proteins as a vaccine component, focusing on malaria, mycobacteria and chlamydia.
