T_(739)系小鼠经近交育成之后,已于1985年和在该系小鼠上建成的可移植性肺腺癌(LA 795)及体外建立的LA 795细胞株同时通过鉴定。该系小鼠的一些生物学特性、生育能力、自发瘤观察、某些生理及解剖学指标和自然寿命统计等资料已作初步报道。目前T_(739)系小鼠及其瘤株已较广泛地应用于实验肿瘤学、抗肿瘤药物的筛选和遗传学等方面的研究。本文报道该系的遗传学监测结果。一、材料 1.T_(739)近交系小鼠:1973年9月用615系小鼠(?)与远交系昆明小鼠(?)杂交后育成的一种土黄色近交系小鼠(F_(44))。 2.已知复隐性基因小鼠: (1)TA_1系小鼠:1985年从天津医学院引进,毛色白化,毛色基因为aabbccDD。 (2)CC_(57)W系小鼠:1985年从中国医学科学院血液学研究所引进,毛色白化,毛色基因为aabbccDD。
The T739 strain mice were identified by both in vitro transplanted lung adenocarcinoma (LA 795) and in vitro established LA 795 cell line in 1985 after they were bred. Some biological characteristics of the mice, fertility, spontaneous observation, some physiological and anatomical indicators and natural life statistics and other data have been initially reported. Currently T_ (739) mice and their strains have been more widely used in experimental oncology, screening of anti-tumor drugs and genetics and other aspects. This article reports the Department of Genetics monitoring results. I. MATERIALS 1.T_ (739) Inbred mice: A yellowish-green inbred mouse developed from a cross between a 615-derived mouse (?) And an inbred Kunming mouse (?) (F_ (44)). 2. Known recessive gene mice: (1) TA_1 mice: introduced from Tianjin Medical College in 1985, hair color, hair color gene aabbccDD. (2) CC_ (57) W mice were introduced from the Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 1985 with a white coat and a coat color gene aabbccDD.
