伴随着全球经济一体化的进行,世界经济紧密地联系到了一起,资本主义经济危机的影响范围已经迅速扩大到整个世界,我国的中小企业在严峻的经济危机形势下其经营和发展也面临着前所未有的挑战,在这样周期性的经济危机的严峻形势下,我国中小企业应该如何求得生存,如何抗拒经济危机的巨大影响已经成为热切关注的话题,在客观条件无法改变的现实中,就要从自身的管理入手,加强自身的管理方式创新,提高企业的管理水平。本文针对金融危机形势下的中小企业的管理方式展开讨论,分析了中小企业应该采取怎样的经营管理方式来应对形势严峻的经济危机。
With the progress of global economic integration, the world economy is closely linked. The scope of the capitalist economic crisis has rapidly expanded to the entire world. China’s SMEs are also facing unprecedented challenges in their operation and development in the severe economic crisis. In the grim situation of such a cyclical economic crisis, how SMEs in our country should survive and how to resist the tremendous impact of the economic crisis has become a topic of intense concern. In the reality in which the objective conditions can not be changed, we must start from our own management , Strengthen their own management innovation, improve the management level of enterprises. This article discusses the management of SMEs under the financial crisis and analyzes what kind of management methods SMEs should take to cope with the severe economic crisis.
