加强企业文化建设是现代企业发展的内在需求,也是适应市场经济发展的需要。员工是企业的主人,企业的发展离不开员工。加强企业文化建设,必须坚持“以人为本”的管理理念,尊重人、关心人、理解人,满足人的全面发展需求。本文利用文献法对煤炭企业“以人为本”企业文化建设从五个方面进行了论述:树立“以人为本”的安全理念,保障员工生命安全;关心员工生活,提高员工的生活水平;提高企业员工素质,提高企业生产效能;加强企业文化宣传,突出人文关怀;打造和谐企业环境,让员工舒心工作和生活。煤炭企业通过文化建设可以丰富员工的生活,陶冶员工的情操,增强员工的凝聚力,提高员工的素质,充分调动员工的积极性,提高生产效率,有力地推动了企业目标的实现。
Strengthening the building of enterprise culture is the inherent demand of the development of modern enterprises, but also to meet the needs of market economy. Staff is the owner of the enterprise, the development of enterprises can not be separated from the staff. To strengthen the building of enterprise culture, we must adhere to the “people-oriented” management philosophy, respect for people, care about people, understand people, to meet people’s overall development needs. This article uses the literature method to discuss the corporate culture of coal enterprise “people-oriented ” from five aspects: to set up a “people-oriented” safety concept to protect employees ’life and safety; to care for employees’ life, to improve their living standards; Staff quality, improve production efficiency; strengthen corporate culture advocacy, highlighting the humanistic care; create a harmonious business environment, so that employees comfortable work and life. Through the cultural construction, coal enterprises can enrich the life of employees, cultivate the sentiments of employees, enhance the cohesion of employees, improve the quality of employees, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and increase the production efficiency, which effectively promotes the realization of business goals.
