本文通过实践教学经验总结和实习调查,提出目前旅游高职高专教育产学研合作模式主要有:成立校企合作理事会、校企合作成立董事会、校办企业、共建实体四种形式,各高校和企业可以根据自己的优势,选择合适的合作模式．但总的来说产学研结合办学是旅游高职高专办学的必由之路。
Based on the practice teaching experience and the internship survey, this paper puts forward that the current modes of cooperation in production, teaching and research in higher vocational education include: establishing a school-enterprise cooperation council, setting up a board of directors and school-run enterprises and building entities together Colleges and enterprises can choose the right mode of cooperation according to their own advantages. However, in general, the combination of industry, education and research is the only way for higher vocational colleges to run schools of tourism.
