在各种重力抛木机中,承载梁翻转式是最简单、最可靠的结构方案,引起了人们的极大兴趣。我们从选型、抛木原理、偏载原木自抛性能、结构参数等一系列问题作了大量的试验和研究。本文就抛木承载梁的结构参数作如下探讨。 重力抛木承载梁的主要参数是高度和长度,特别是高度,它牵涉到抛木的效果问题。过去,承载梁的高度和长度缺乏研究。据我们所知,只是Rysti A.在他的专利文献中提到了承载梁高度约为长度的0.3~0.7倍。
In a variety of gravity throwing machine, the bearing beam flip type is the simplest and most reliable structural program, aroused great interest. We have made a lot of experiments and studies on a series of problems, such as selection, throwing wood principle, partial load of logs self-throwing performance, structural parameters and so on. In this paper, the structural parameters of wood-throwing beam are discussed as follows. The main parameters of gravity-laden wood-bearing beams are height and length, especially height, which involves the effect of throwing wood. In the past, there was a lack of research on the height and length of the carrier beam. To our knowledge, only Rysti A. mentioned in his patent literature that the height of the carrier beam is about 0.3 to 0.7 times the length.
