随着我国正式加入WTO,一些主要贸易国家为保护其本国产业,频频对我国出口产品发起反倾销指控,佛山许多民营企业深受其害,出口严重受阻,如何有效应对反倾销成为摆在民营企业和政府面前的一项不容忽视的重大课题。要避免或消除国外反倾销的指控及影响,维护佛山市发展良好的对外贸易形势,佛山市政府和民营企业应联手起来,从规范出口秩序、建立反倾销预警机制、切实规范经营管理行为、积极开展海外直接投资等多方面来有效规避反倾销。
With China’s formal accession to the WTO, some major trading nations have frequently initiated anti-dumping allegations against China’s export products. Many private-owned enterprises in Foshan have suffered so much and their exports have been severely hampered. How to deal with anti-dumping effectively has become a challenge to private enterprises and the government. In front of a major issue can not be ignored. To avoid or eliminate the allegations and influence of foreign anti-dumping and safeguard the favorable development of Foshan’s foreign trade situation, the Foshan municipal government and private-owned enterprises should work together to standardize the export order, set up an anti-dumping warning mechanism, effectively standardize the operation and management practices, and actively carry out overseas Direct investment and other aspects to effectively evade anti-dumping.
