1临床资料患儿,女,26d,患儿于2011-01-20无明显诱因出现鼻塞,咳嗽,喉间有痰,在家自服“艾畅、头孢克洛”2d未见好转,仍咳嗽,随后出现喘息,吃奶差,遂予今日加用“氨茶碱”平喘,静脉滴注氨茶碱时,患儿出现吵闹不安,多汗,持续约半小时,家属急抱患儿
