【目的】探讨婴儿脑瘫早期诊断的神经运动检查方法。【方法】结合多种方法,通过实践总结出早期诊断脑瘫的主要项目。【结果】自发姿势运动及姿势运动反应7项,足背屈角、内收角、腘窝角、肩外展角、肘伸展角5项,踝阵挛、侧弯反射、膝腱反射3项,共同反映姿势、运动、肌张力、反射异常的神经运动检查15项,在婴儿神经运动检查中对早期认出脑瘫最为重要。【结论】应用神经运动检查15项可以早期认出脑瘫倾向或脑瘫。
【Objective】 To investigate the method of neuromuscular examination in early diagnosis of cerebral palsy in infants. 【Methods】 Combining a variety of methods, the main items of early diagnosis of cerebral palsy were summarized through practice. 【Results】 There were 7 spontaneous postures and postural reactions, dorsiflexion angle, adduction angle, popliteal angle, shoulder abduction angle, elbow extension angle 5, ankle clonus, lateral curvature reflex, knee tendon reflexes , Jointly reflect the posture, exercise, muscle tone, reflex abnormalities neuromuscular examination 15, in the infant neuromuscular examination early recognition of cerebral palsy is the most important. 【Conclusion】 The 15 items of neuromotor examination can be used to recognize the tendency of cerebral palsy or cerebral palsy early.
