In order to implement the instructions of the State Education Commission on conducting experimental teaching to popularize county work, in 1993, we had 113 townships, 26 high schools, 107 junior high schools, and 172 schools in 26 cities, counties and districts such as Changsha, Xiangtan, Lingling and Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.
