安全依恋是孩子建立信任的前提,也是孩子社会交往的第一步。而研究发现,要跟孩子建立安全的依恋关系,母亲敏感性特别重要。母亲的敏感性,说的是妈妈对宝宝发出的需求信号是不是够敏锐,觉察得是不是够快,满足得是不是够恰当、够及时。别小看了妈妈的敏感性!有关研究发现,妈妈的敏感性是衡量依恋质量的决定性因素呢!不仅如此,妈妈的敏感性还关系到宝宝的认知发展和情绪发展呢!
