中国足球屡战屡败,愈战愈落后。迫于这种形势,每个人都想到了,也企图做到“穷则思变”。但怎么变?从哪儿开始变?显然不是一个简单的问题。问题的关键在于这个变化需要一个过程,与人们的期望值相比,无论在时间上,还是在效益上,都不可能是一步到位的。中国足球“职业化”的呼声由来已久。“聘请洋教练”的呼吁更是一浪高过一浪,上海的大众汽车有限公司抛出了诱人的“大众计划”,中国足协不得不为之行动。
