红外技术是大气环境领域非常重要的技术。一般的气体分析计都采用非色散红外吸收方式。这种方式中,利用气体滤波相关分光法的CO分析计不受共存气体的影响,可测范围10ppm。文中还介绍了利用比率方式的非分散气体分析计的二氧化碳(CO_(2))分析计,它以0.1ppm的高分辨率测定大气中CO_(2)。在地球环境测量方面,今后利用傅里叶变换红外分光法、波长可变二极管激光分光法的气体分析计将受到关注。
Infrared technology is a very important technology in the field of atmospheric environment. General gas analyzers are non-dispersive infrared absorption method. In this method, the CO analyzer using the gas filter-related spectroscopy is free from the influence of the coexisting gas and can measure a range of 10 ppm. The article also introduces a CO 2 analyzer using a non-dispersive gas analyzer with a ratio method that measures CO 2 in the atmosphere at a high resolution of 0.1 ppm. In the measurement of the earth’s environment, future use of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, wavelength variable diode laser spectroscopy gas analyzer will receive attention.
