综采工作面计算机模拟系统分析

本文运用概率论与数理统计的有关知识和方法，对盘江矿务局土城矿１５５６综采工作面各环节的故障到达时间间隔和故障处理时间进行了统计分析，找出各环节故障的分布规律，建立相应的模拟模型，用计算机对综采工作面的生产过程进行模拟，找出影响采面产量（ 开机率）的关健因素，从而提出综采工作面高产稳产的改进方案。

Based on the relevant knowledge and methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the failure arrival time and failure processing time of each section of 1556 fully mechanized coal mining face in Tucheng Mine of Panjiang Mining Bureau to find out the distribution of faults in each link The corresponding simulation model is established, the production process of fully mechanized coal mining face is simulated by computer, and the key factors influencing the production (turning-on rate) of the mining face are found out, and the improvement program of high and stable output of the fully mechanized mining face is proposed.
