巨佳一号茄是一种大型茄子新品种。我从科研单位引进试种二年证明:(1)果实特大,一般单果重2—4公斤,留种茄可达4公斤以上。(2)产量特高。单株结果5—8个,株产20公斤左右,亩产8千公斤以上,比一般品种增产2—3倍。(3)质优耐贮。巨佳一号虽果实特大,但不易老化,种子特少。肉质细嫩,好吃。8—9月份成熟的茄子放在5—8℃温室内,可存到元旦,不腐烂。(4)适应性强。该品种抗病虫害、耐盐碱性极强。长势迅猛,
