目的了解石家庄市市售食品中汞含量,以更好的执行国家食品卫生标准。方法采集该市市售5类86份食品,利用DMA-80测汞仪对汞含量进行检测。结果蔬菜中4份样品汞含量超标,茶叶、淡水鱼、干食用菌、蔬菜、猪肾中均不同程度地检出阳性。结论石家庄市市售食品存在汞金属污染的风险不大。
Objective To understand the mercury content in Shijiazhuang city’s foodstuffs in order to better implement the national food hygiene standard. Methods Totally 86 foodstuffs of 5 categories were collected from the city, and the mercury content was detected by DMA-80 mercury analyzer. Results The contents of mercury in 4 samples of vegetables exceeded the standard. Tea, freshwater fish, dried edible mushrooms, vegetables and porcine kidney all showed positive results in varying degrees. Conclusion There is little risk of mercury metal contamination in Shijiazhuang food available on the market.
