市场经济的飞速发展令我国建筑行业进入了一个蓬勃向上的崭新发展时期,随着改革开放进程的不断深入,我国城市化发展步伐的不断加快,令各类城市急剧扩张,形态各异、功能完备的新型住宅建筑拔地而起、大量产生,它们或取代了经历近百年的古建筑,或将其重重包围,虽体现了现代化社会的高科技发展,但同时也令我国具有民族传统文化底蕴的建筑风格逐步消失。满目的高楼大厦、现代感十足的住宅建筑体现了当前建筑设计行业的重科技发展、轻艺术性、文化性渗透的不良现状。因此本文基于住宅建筑行业设计实践中存在的主要问题进行了深入思考,从内涵及外延层面出发,针对住宅建筑发展进程的综合比较,探讨了既体现文化、艺术内涵又注重外在功能的科学住宅建筑设计策略,对弥补人文精神在住宅建筑设计中的缺失、体现区域特色设计,促进建筑设计与文化思想的合理碰撞、相互渗透与完善融合有重要的实践意义。
The rapid development of the market economy has brought China’s construction industry into a vigorous new period of development. With the deepening of the process of reform and opening up, the pace of urbanization in China continues to accelerate, so that various types of cities have expanded rapidly, with different forms and complete functions. The new types of residential buildings have been erected and produced in large quantities. They have either replaced ancient buildings or have been surrounded by them for nearly a hundred years. Although they have embodied the high-tech development of modern society, they have also made it possible for China to have national traditional cultural heritage. The architectural style gradually disappeared. The high-rise buildings and modern residential buildings are full of the unfavorable conditions in the current architectural design industry: heavy scientific and technological development, light art, and cultural infiltration. Therefore, this article makes deep thinking based on the main problems existing in the design practice of residential construction industry. Starting from the connotation and extension aspect, this paper discusses the scientific residence that embodies both cultural and artistic connotations and external functions. The architectural design strategy has important practical significance for making up for the lack of humanistic spirit in the design of residential buildings, embodying the design of regional features, and promoting the reasonable collision, mutual penetration and perfect integration of architectural design and cultural ideas.
