目的：观察补阳还五合剂在家免Ⅲ型超敏反应制模后及制模中给药对体内RBC-C3bR，SIL－2R，CIC的影响。方法：采用皮下注射正常马血清，建立Ⅲ型超敏反应模型，分别于制模后及边制模边给药，间断取血测定RBC－C3bR，SIL－2R，CIC的变化。结果：实验组用药后RBC－C3bR，CIC，SIL－2R均降低（P＜0．01）。结论：补阳还五合剂对Ⅲ型超敏反应的形成有抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Mixture on the RBC-C3bR, SIL-2R, and CIC after injecting into model III hypersensitivity home-prepared and injection molding. METHODS: Subcutaneous injection of normal horse serum was used to establish a type III hypersensitivity model, which was administered after molding and side molding respectively. Blood was taken intermittently to determine the changes of RBC-C3bR, SIL-2R and CIC. Results: RBC-C3bR, CIC, and SIL-2R were all decreased in the experimental group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Mixture can inhibit the formation of type III hypersensitivity reaction.
