采用乳液聚合法制备了二氧化锰/三氧化二铁/聚苯胺(MnO_2/Fe_2O_3/PANI)复合材料,并对复合材料的结构、形貌、磁性能、组成和微波吸收性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,MnO_2/Fe_2O_3较为均匀的分布在了PANI中。由于界面面积的增加和PANI对MnO_2/Fe_2O_3介电损耗能力的增强,使得MnO_2/Fe_2O_3在2~18GHz范围内的吸波性能得到了较大的提高。当涂层厚度为2.5mm时,MnO_2/Fe_2O_3/PANI在9.6GHz处达到最大的反射损耗为-43.22dB,反射损耗小于-10dB的频带宽度为3.44GHz(8.4~11.44GHz)。
Manganese dioxide / ferric oxide / polyaniline (MnO 2 / Fe 2 O 3 / PANI) composites were prepared by emulsion polymerization. The structure, morphology, magnetic properties, composition and microwave absorption properties of the composites were characterized. The results show that MnO 2 / Fe 2 O 3 is more evenly distributed in PANI. Due to the increase of the interface area and the enhancement of the dielectric loss of MnO_2 / Fe_2O_3 by PANI, the microwave absorption performance of MnO_2 / Fe_2O_3 has been greatly improved in the range of 2 ~ 18GHz. When the coating thickness is 2.5mm, the maximum reflection loss of MnO_2 / Fe_2O_3 / PANI at-9.6GHz is -43.22dB and the bandwidth of reflection loss less than -10dB is 3.44GHz (8.4 ~ 11.44GHz).
