以二甲亚砜、直沽高梁酒、北京二锅头对果蝇进行致畸试验。结果:1、0.5、0.25%二甲亚砜的果蝇畸变率分别为50.36、28.23、6.32%,与对照组(1.94%)相比,均有显著性差别并呈剂量反应关系。10%直沽高梁酒的果蝇畸变率显著高于对照组(1.95%),10%、8%北京二锅头和8%直沽高梁酒的果蝇畸变率与对照组无显著区别。畸形表现有翅切迹、未展、两翅大小不等,色素带中断、交叉、紊乱,肱羽增为3条,后肢趺节畸形等。最后对畸变原因进行了讨论。
With dimethyl sulfoxide, straight sell sorghum wine, Beijing Erguotou on teratogenic Teratogenicity test. Results: The morphological changes of Drosophila at 1, 0.5 and 0.25% DMSO were 50.36, 28.23 and 6.32% respectively, which were significantly different from the control group (1.94%) and dose-dependent. The distortion rate of Drosophila melanogaster at 10% direct-selling sorghum wine was significantly higher than that of the control group (1.95%). The distortion rate of Drosophila at 10%, 8%, Beijing Erguotou and 8% direct-selling sorghum wine was not significantly different from that of the control group. Deformity has notched notch, not show, ranging from two wings size, with the interruption of the pigment, cross, disorder, brachiosa increased to 3, hind limb joint deformity and so on. Finally, the reason of distortion is discussed.
