本文报道了应用以乙型肝炎疫苗预防接种、卫生宣传及管理等综合措施预防飞行员HBV感染的效果。四年中,接受预防接种的222名飞行员工中新感染人数为0。综合措施对预防特殊人群HBV感染提供了依据。
This article reports the effects of using hepatitis B vaccination, health promotion and management to prevent HBV infection in pilots. In the four years, the number of new infections among 222 flight attendants vaccinated was zero. Comprehensive measures to prevent HBV infection in special population provided the basis.
