在国家地震局分析预报中心科学技术委员会的大力支持及关心下,由国家地震局分析预报中心青年科技委员会编辑的优秀论文专辑即将出版。 该专辑集中发表了国家地震局分析预报中心青年科技工作者近年来的一批优秀科研论文。对不同学科、不同专业、不同研究方向之间的学术交流将起到重要作用。 本专辑在题材选择、论文撰写、评审录用三个环节上,始终坚持“新”与“实”的原则。“新”,即是力求反映“八五”期间的新成果,突出新理论,新方法、新发现;“实”,即是要立足于作者的实际科研工作,力戒空、泛。
Under the strong support and concern of the Science and Technology Commission of the State Seismological Bureau, the Center for Analysis and Prediction, the excellent essay edited by the Youth Science and Technology Commission of the State Seismological Bureau’s Analysis and Forecast Center is about to be published soon. The album focused on the State Seismological Bureau analysis and forecasting center of young scientists in recent years, a number of outstanding research papers. It will play an important role in academic exchange between different disciplines, different majors and different research directions. The album in the theme of choice, essay writing, review and recruitment of three links, always adhere to the “new” and “real” principle. “New” means striving to reflect the new achievements during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, highlighting new theories, new methods and new discoveries. “Realization” means that we should base ourselves on the actual scientific research work of the author and try our best to eliminate empty space and pan-force.
