脑血栓患者某一部位的脑组织因缺血缺氧而发生坏死或软化,如果波及语言中枢或其传导路径,就会造成继发性语言障碍——失语。迄今为止,由于我们对语言功能在脑内如何组织,颞叶因素如何在脑内对语言过程发挥作用,通过何种机制影响失语行为了解甚少,所以目前尚无特效疗法。作者从86～88年对23例脑血栓所致失语用针刺配合语言训练康复,取得了较满意的效果,现报告如下。
Cerebral thrombosis in some part of the brain tissue due to ischemia and hypoxia necrosis or softening, if the spread to the language center or its conduction path, it will cause secondary language barriers - aphasia. To date, there is no specific therapy due to how we understand how the language function is organized in the brain, how temporal lobe factors play a role in the brain in the process of the brain, and through which mechanisms affect aphasia. The author from 86 to 88 years of 23 cases of cerebral thrombosis caused by aphasia acupuncture with language training and rehabilitation, and achieved satisfactory results, are as follows.
