在猪粪尿废水中添加经富集驯化的异化Fe(Ⅲ)菌液或柠檬酸铁溶液并在30℃恒温下厌氧培养,研究对挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)的降解效果。经过连续试验40 d后,同时添加菌液和Fe(Ⅲ)的样品中VFAs的降解效果最佳,VFAs由2 100 mg/L降至62 mg/L;只添加柠檬酸铁溶液的猪粪尿样品的VFAs降至560 mg/L,而对照组的VFAs累积量为1 832 mg/L,仅较初始值稍低。利用感官法进行判定,加菌液的两组样品在VFAs出现大量降解后,猪粪尿的臭味有明显降低,不加菌液但加Fe(Ⅲ)的样品的臭味也有一定程度的降低,但比加菌液的两组样品臭味稍浓,对照组样品的猪粪尿臭味在整个试验过程中基本无变化。
