超塑性合金,就是金属材料在一定温度和变形速度下,材料可承受百分之几百至百分之一千的塑性变形。超塑性合金是国外近几年来大力研制的一项新型材料,它既具有塑料制品的塑性,又具有金属的特点——不燃烧,不老化,有刚性等优点。国外目前已进入了材料实用阶段,而且其用途在不断扩大。沈阳有色金属加工厂于今年初开展了超塑性锌铝合金的研制工作。他们研制的超塑性合金是锌铝 Z_n—22%Al,采用10公斤真空感应电炉熔化,氩气保护,铁模铸造,锭坯厚度为30mm,在250℃下轧制,获得3mm 厚,110mm 宽,1米长的样品。此项合金经工艺试验,在250—270℃时具有超塑性性能,延伸率达到1120%,材料在室温下抗张强度为35kg/mm~2,
