“通过培训,使90%以上有劳动能力的农村党员普遍掌握1～2门实用新技术,30%左右的村‘两委’成员达到农民技师水平,80%左右的青年党员获得绿色证书或成为农民技术员,40%左右的党员户成为科技示范户,80%以上的村级领导班子具有依靠科技发展农村经济、增加集体收入的能力。”今年3月份,广西壮族自治区贺州市八步区提出2010年农村党员大培训工作目标。
