On September 27, 2008, the Ministry of Education, the General Administration of Sport of China and the Communist Youth League Central Committee jointly issued a circular calling for carrying out winter long-distance running activities with the theme of “Sunshine Sports and Motherland” among all kinds of school students at all levels. Winter long-distance running training will also step into the lives of our classmates as the cold weather. So what should we pay attention to during the winter running?
