目的研制一种测试植物叶面施药灭蚊效果装置,并进行实际应用。方法设计非损伤强迫接触装置,并制定测试方法。该装置采用椭圆形设计,外罩纱罩,在叶片不离植株的情况下,测试经过施药的植物叶面的灭蚊效果;试虫为敏感品系淡色库蚊。结果该装置可成功应用于施药植物叶面灭蚊效果测试,在绿篱技术施药区植物叶面对淡色库蚊达到90%以上,杀灭效果的持续天数为35d。对照区死亡率为0~8.70%。结论非损伤强迫接触装置可用于绿篱技术等处理的植物叶面灭蚊效果测试。
Objective To develop a device for testing the effect of foliar application of mosquitoes on mosquitoes and to make practical application.
