目的探讨结肠癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶13(matrix metalloproteinase 13,MMP-13)表达与结肠癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。方法免疫组织化学法检测136例结肠癌患者肿瘤组织标本中MMP-13的表达,统计学分析MMP-13在不同性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM(tumor,lymph node,metastasis)分期的结肠癌患者中的表达差异。结果 MMP-13在结肠癌组织中阳性表达率为69.1%,远端正常黏膜组织中阳性表达率为35.0%。不同浸润深度、不同淋巴结转移状况、不同TNM分期的结肠癌患者中,MMP-13的表达存在统计学差异。结论MMP-13在肿瘤浸润深度较深、发生淋巴结转移以及TNM分期较高的结肠癌患者中表达较强,可能与结肠癌的侵袭转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13) and clinicopathological features in colon cancer. Methods The expression of MMP-13 in 136 specimens of colon cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expressions of MMP-13 in different tissues, including gender, age, tumor size, differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM node, metastasis) staging colon cancer patients. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-13 in colon cancer tissues was 69.1%, and that in distal normal mucosa tissues was 35.0%. The expression of MMP-13 in different depth of invasion, different lymph node metastasis, different TNM stages of colon cancer patients there is a statistically significant difference. Conclusions MMP-13 is highly expressed in colon cancer patients with deep tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, which may be closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer.
