成神经细胞瘤是小儿常见的恶性肿瘤之一。由于临床及骨髓象复杂,往往易于误诊、漏诊。我院经临床及反复骨髓检查确诊的4例,此4例入院时全部误诊为其他疾病,其中3例入院后仍长期误诊。为提高对本病临床及骨髓诊断的认识,特提出报告如下: 例1 陈××,6(1/2)岁,住院号16.513。因发热伴游走性髋关节疼痛1月余,于1977年7月22日入院。患儿1个月前持续低热伴双侧髋关节疼痛,近10天来肩关节疼痛,拟诊风湿热入院。体查:
Neuroblastoma is one of the common malignant tumors in children. Because of clinical and bone marrow complications, often misdiagnosed, missed diagnosis. In our hospital, 4 cases were diagnosed by clinical and repeated bone marrow examination. All 4 cases were misdiagnosed as other diseases at admission, of which 3 cases were still misdiagnosed after admission.
