近来研究证明ＬＰＳ能显著增强ＢＡＬＢ/Ｃ小鼠单核吞噬细胞系统 (ＭＰＳ)清除免疫复合物 (ＩＣ)的功能。该实验作者以同源ＩｇＧ致敏红细胞 (ＥＡ)作为ＩＣ ,给小鼠静脉注射 ,建立鼠模型 ,用以研究小鼠注射ＬＰＳ后最早诱导释放的细胞因子之一—ＴＮＦ α在清除ＩＣ中的作用。
Recent studies have shown that LPS can significantly enhance the function of BALB / C mouse mononuclear phagocyte system (MPS) to clear the immune complex (IC). The experimental authors with homologous IgG-sensitized erythrocytes (EA) as IC, intravenous injection of mice to establish a mouse model to study the mouse LPS after injection of one of the earliest induced release of cytokines - TNF α in the clearance of IC effect.
