1984年邓小平提出“开发信息资源,服务四化建设”以来,促进了我国信息业的发展。在深化改革的浪潮中,为适应信息时代发展的要求,在各方面支持与配合下,1986年《现代渔业信息》杂志终于诞生了。从诞生那天起一直得到上级主管单位、主办单位、协办单位以及我国水产界同仁、专家、教授的大力支持与友谊合作。通过十年的共同努力和实践,初步摸索出一条《现代渔业信息》杂志全方位、多层次社会联合办刊的模式,多次在全国性有关学会上曾作过多次介绍,得到大家的赞扬和好评。实践证明,这条协刊模式具有很强的生命力,在渔业信息化产业建设中发挥了作用。值此《现代渔业信息》杂志创刊十周年之际,现将《现代渔业信息》杂志办刊模式作扼要的总结。
Since Deng Xiaoping proposed “to develop information resources and serve the four modernizations” in 1984, it has promoted the development of China’s information industry. In the wave of deepening reform, in order to meet the requirements of the development of the information age, with the support and cooperation from all quarters, the magazine “Modern Fisheries Information” was finally born in 1986. From the day of its birth, it has been given strong support and friendship and cooperation from higher authorities, sponsors and co-organizers as well as colleagues, experts and professors from our aquaculture community. Through a decade of concerted efforts and practice, we have initially explored a model of “all-dimensional and multi-level social joint operation of modern fishery information magazine”, repeatedly giving presentations on relevant national societies for many times and praising everyone And praise. Practice has proved that this mode of publication has a strong vitality, in the construction of fishery information industry has played a role. On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the founding of Modern Fisheries Information, we briefly summarize the mode of running the magazine “Modern Fishery Information”.
